A guided wilderness retreat to support inner growth and thriving through experiential learning, mindfulness, and prayer & meditation.

Growth & Thriving Retreat

We cannot experience inner growth and thriving if our hearts, mind, bodies, and spirits remain disjointed or focused on some areas of our inner experience at the cost or neglect of others. Freedom,

Featured Retreat Theme

– Freeing the True Self –

What do parents, teachers, coaches, pastors, gurus, executives, and mystics all have in common?

They all have desire to free themselves and those they work with and care for from the toxic influences, habits, and beliefs that hold them back. They all want to support inner growth and thriving.

This retreat focuses on self-awareness, self-love, and the habits that support and those that sabotage that journey.

Self Awareness, Rest, & Renewal

Thriving is about finding clarity and peace in oneself and one’s purpose. Therefore, the thriving retreat provides space and guidance to rest, reflect, and rediscover the deepest desires, passions, and hopes of your heart.

Inner Peace & Soul Care

You’ll learn accessible (anyone from a child to the elderly could enjoy) practices and rhythms to have a meaningful encounter with your own heart, mind, and soul.

On the retreat, you will have a safe, open, and inspiring environment for you to focus on and care for the things you love and need most in your inner life so that you can keep moving forward into your true self.

Holistic Christian Spirituality

We want you to help you experience the fullness of your life here and now. Having worked as a pastor for over a decade, we want to share the best of Christian spirituality can offer.

Through mindfulness activities and Christian meditation practices, as well as interactive lessons, participants are introduced to holistic and healthy practices of contemplative Christian spirituality.

Ask Yourself…

Here are some questions to help you get clarity:

Do you value rest that comes from time spent in the outdoors?
Are there questions about life and meaning that you have fun exploring (or get frustrated by the lack of interest from others)?
Does anxiety, fear, confusion, uncertainty, dependency, or depression characterize how you feel at times?
Do you enjoy meaningful conversation and connection with others?
Does talking about and exploring the deep topics in life excite and inspire you so much that you want helpful and honest guidance on the journey?
Do you feel like something is holding you back from reaching your goals or true potential?
Does your mind, heart, or schedule feel to be constantly full, maybe even with things you don’t want to do?
Are you looking for a new challenge or change but aren’t quite sure what route to take?

If you resonated with any of the questions, send us a message or give us a call and we’d be happy to have a no-pressure conversation about it!

Freedom. Hope. Clarity.

This is the chance for you to have a powerful encounter with your own soul, to develop self awareness and your emotional intelligence, and to learn sustainable practices that will support you on your journey long after the retreat ends.

We will provide you with the resources, guidance, and support you need before, during, and even after the retreat to feel happy, healthy, and hopeful about your life.

In this environment, retreatants will be able to notice and release or integrate the things you love, hope, or sometimes even fear the most.

Develop your ability to feel hope in all circumstances

Resiliency and perseverance are not innate predispositions or temperaments in children, they are mindsets that arise from a supported, organized, and intentional life. Healthy habits and self awareness are skills to learn and habits to develop so that you can walk through the fire and the fog.
